Hope Creamery now makes 300,000 pounds of butter a year, selling its product to more than 50 Minnesota restaurants, 40 Twin Cities grocers and 20 retail markets near Hope, MN.
We first started selling our Hope Butter to local restaurants when we got a call from Lucia's in Minneapolis in the winter of 2001. We have been selling our butter whole to fine restaurants and bakeries around the Twin Cities and surrounding area ever since.
